Thijs Standbouw is a family business from South-Holland, started in February 2005. Because of our years of experience in stand construction and exhibition building, we can proudly say that we are specialized in building tradeshows on a national and international level. A good co-operation is key. That is why our team of experts works closely with the client to deliver the perfect product.

We are a full-service tradeshow partner, which means that we think along with you shaping your ideas up to the actual placement of the stand on the exhibition floor consider, for example, design and graphic design of the exhibition and exhibition stand. We do this by providing a 2D technical drawing, a 3D visual and a total exhibition floor plan. This way we give life to the exhibtion before it has started and the customer knows exacly how everything will look like in advance.

The systems we work with offer endless possiblities for your stand construction. In addition to building shell scheme and individual stand constructions, we also can provide the tradeshows with poster panels, registration desks, and lockable meeting rooms. Also, we have our in-house print studio, that is specialized in producing full-collor prints of the logo, design or creation suplied by you in any desired format.

The Quotation

From the moment you request a quotation at Thijs Standbouw, our project managers will do their utmost to make customised quotation for your stand construction or exhibition. You can tell us all your wishes, where we will listen very carefully to and translate it into a suitable quotation. This is the moment where ou brainstorm with our project managers about the possibilities. What kind of stand construction is ideal for you? How would you like to stand out? What kind of furniture or other needs are necessary? The possibilities are endless.

Designing

After making clear all the wishes and needs, a technical drawing of the stand construction or exhibition will be made by our professional drawers at Thijs Standbouw. On request, it is even possible to see a 2D or 3D desing, which is a great choice when you choose to do your design. Once these are made, we send them back to you so you know exactly how your project is going to look like. The project managers are also the contact point for you. They make sure, together wit the rest of the team, that your project can actually be built.

The Preparation

Is the job approved? Then the operational team will join! They ensure your project can be built. They make everything ready before we set one foot on location. In this team, you will find different departments. The warehouse staff is working every day to prepare the trucks, to clean the materials and to do the stock control. Then you have our planners. The ensure that the right people are available for the project and that the transport is arranged.

Now, a blueprint has to be made. Therefore we have our workpreparers. They ensure that your stand construction or exhibition will be drawn into the tiny detail, but also to ensure that all the needed materials are on the packing list. Then you have the graphic department where people work every day to make your wishes a reality. From making examples to printing and preparing it in our in-house print studio!

Then, we are ready to roll! Our construction builders travel city and country to build and dismanter your stand construction or tradeshow. Together with the project managers, they look closely into the project to ensure everything goes well on the location itself. Based on the blueprint, where all the information about the project is in, the will build for you. Do you have queastions during constructing? Just ask them, the will try to help you as well as possible!

Individual Stand Construction

Uniform stand construction is the construction of large exhibitions with one hundred, or more, stands of for example three by three meters, each with the same appearance. We additionally offer an upgrade so you can really stand out!

We make a 2D and 3D design of your stand or exhibition floor so that you know what it will look like and we know what it takes to achieve this. We are also your partner in full-color printing of walls, counters, stickers, and posters.
